SEMINAR THREE
The Councillor -A Collaborator
Confusion, challenges, and concerns within the NDC are at many levels. You cannot do it all
on your own! Learn how to build collaboration within the NDC staff, fellow councillors, and
the wider community. Build relationship with other agencies connected to the NDC as well.
The NDC Councillor-A Holistic Leader
Make your community flourish economically and socially, bring healing and reconciliation.
Seek innovative solutions. Start the process.

Expert interviews from transformational leaders-local and international to enhance learning
experience
Ongoing contact with trainers and coaches
THE OUTCOMES?
Councilor collaborates with a member from the chosen constituency, NDC office OR with
fellow councilor on activities such as (but not limited to) site visit/decision
making/discussion on collecting arrears.
Use charts to understand the various external collaboration possibilities
Decide on how to seek help from a sister agency for a pending concern
